Who is the Detroit Hockey Company?
We have been in the game worn collecting hobby for over 27 years. Hockey collecting and game worn jersey collecting has come a long way since there were only 16 teams in the NHL, the WHA was in existence, as well as the IHL. Back then, we helped make a market for game worn jerseys through our team purchases and through buying whole and partial team sets and equipment. We have evolved with the times but maintain the same view about game worn collectibles as when we began: the scarcity creates the value. Our goal is not to be the biggest; it is to perpetuate www.detroithockeyco.com year on year by bringing unique one of a kind hockey artifacts to you from all levels of the hockey world.
Over the past 27 years we have developed an extensive client list. We have worked with teams from NCAA, SHL, AHL, IHL, UHL and NHL.
In our more than 27 years in the game worn jersey-collecting hobby, we have purchased 40 whole team sets. We have purchased partial sets of jerseys from the Winnipeg Jets, Houston Aeros IHL, Washington Capitals, and Detroit Red Wings.
